About arrival time

The arrival time of your order will be affected by the delivery speed and transportation policy of the logistics provider, and there may be a delay of one week to several months (for example, Japanese products are most susceptible to international logistics, customs, etc.). Please understand.

About shipping

All costs associated with the delivery service will be borne by the user. All delivery costs and applicable services are determined by the Company;

Pre-order shipping costs will be calculated and notified together with the order balance. All deposits do not include shipping costs.

About GK/ Statue Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the item, whether pre-order or in-stock. We can't know the exact shipping costs until the model is released, but we estimate that shipping costs may be as expensive as the model itself, or even more expensive. About After-Sales Service

Before the product reaches the buyer, it will go through many transportation procedures and we cannot avoid the collision of packaging.

We will choose the most favorable courier service for delivery, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no bumps during the express delivery. Minor packaging damage is not a reason for return or exchange. Unpacking will affect the secondary sale and will not be accepted.
